Financial Reports (CAFR) and Management Letters

The Comprehensive Annual financial Reports (CAFR) details the Village's financial activity and position, which is audited by an independent firm of Certified Public Accountants.  The report is the culmination of the Village's fiscal year financial activity and the formal mechanism used to communicate and demonstrate compliance with the intentions of the President, Village Board of Trustees and applicable laws. The Management Letter is the independent CPA firm's communication to Village Management that identifies any deficiencies in internal controls that arose during the course of the annual audit.
