The best way to resolve questions or concerns regarding your electrical service is to contact ComEd direct @ www.comed.com or 1-800-Edison1.  Customers can report electrical outages directly to ComEd quickly via text message, online,mobile app, Facebook, or by calling customer service at 1-800-Edison-1. These services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also view an outage map and check on the status of an outage.

Customers who rely on regular use of medical equipment should contact a ComEd representative @ 1-800-Edison1, to have a Medical Equipment Letter mailed to them, for their doctor to complete and return with the required documentation to place the account on a Medical Equipment/Life Support Tag.
