Building & Zoning Division provides for the health, safety and welfare of the residents and future residents by assuring compliance with the Zoning Ordinance; Building, Plumbing and Electrical Codes, Construction and Accessibility Standards and all other Building & Zoning related ordinances. Engineering Division - manages infrastructure projects, inspection of private development, engineering studies, budget planning, coordination of work with the public, other regulatory agencies and other Village Departments. Projects include street reconstruction and overlay, water and wastewater improvements, sidewalk construction, street lighting, special service areas, storm management, bicycle path planning and others.
