Maintain detailed and accurate inspection procedures for building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, signs, amusement devices, tobacco sales and any other applicable codes/ordinances as they relate to existing businesses and required licenses.
The Village determines the number, kind and classification of liquor licenses, limited to the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in its original package, or by restaurants, lounges, organized clubs, recreational facilities, or hotels.
Only charitable organizations may solicit, door-to-door, in designated roadways, and conduct raffles in Bloomingdale, subject to Village policy and approval.
