Liquor License Program

The Village determines the number, kind and classification of liquor licenses. The Village President serves as the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. Liquor licenses are limited to the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in its original package, or by restaurants, lounges, organized clubs, recreational facilities, or hotels. The Village does not promote liquor sale for consumption on the premises where such sale is the sole or primary business. Businesses and restaurants interested in applying for a liquor license, must do so using the Village's application form, and in conformance with the Village's Liquor Control Ordinance.
