DuPage Senior Citizens Council

The DuPage Senior Citizen's Council (DSCC) is a not-for-profit, community based, volunteer driven agency, devoted to enriching senior life. Through the efforts of dedicated volunteers, a variety of programs are offered to help seniors live safely in their own homes and communities, and provide them the opportunity to maintain their physical and mental health. As a financial contributing municipality, Bloomingdale seniors are entitled to the following services provided by the Council.

Senior Nutrition Program - A volunteer driven program that provides nutritious meals to seniors in DuPage County. The Program has three parts: Home Delivered Meals Program, the Community Dining Program, and the Restaurant Program.

Home Maintenance Program - Available to DuPage County residents, age 60 and over. The program is broken down into four thriving programs: Minor Home Repair Program, Chore Days Program, Contractor Referral Program, and Senior Home Inspection Program.
