The Public Works Division consists of four operational areas: Street Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Building & Grounds, and Forestry.

The Utilities Division consists of three operational areas:Water Distribution/Collection, Water Production/Customer Service,and Water Reclamation.

The Village operates and maintains the water and sewer infrastructure through its Utility Division, which is staffed with 22 full-time and 16 seasonal employees sub-divided into three functional areas: Water Production/Customer Service, Water Distribution/Collection, & Water Reclamation.

Streets, Lights & Right of Way Maintenance

The Street Maintenance Division maintains (directly, contractually or through joint agency agreement)over 140 centerline miles of streets and 150 cul-de-sacs.

Forestry Programs & Tree Care

Forestry manages and maintains our municipal forest to provide current and future generations with a structurally sound and healthy urban forest. Services include tree maintenance, routine tree pruning, clearance pruning for traffic control/signage, removal of hazardous, dead and dying trees, and planting of new and replacement trees.
