Hours of Operation
Bloomingdale Police Department patrol officers are available to the public 24 hours a day. For calls or services requiring police response, persons should dial 9-1-1 (TDD and voice). For information, general assistance, and for services which require no police response, persons should dial (630) 529-9868 (voice only). Detectives are available and assist patrol personnel as needed, and at least one investigator is on-call at anytime throughout the year. The Records section, which provides general information, copies of police reports, information concerning parking citations, etc., is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
